Revisions & Feedback
Revision rounds
Revision rounds (if included) are limited to what is stated in your package/Scope. A revision means changes to existing deliverables within the agreed Scope, not new features or new pages.
Out-of-scope requests
New features, significant layout changes, additional pages, or new requirements after approval are considered out-of-scope and may be billed separately.
Approvals
Once you approve a milestone or final delivery, any further changes may be treated as a new request and may require additional fees.
Delivery, Timelines & Delays
- Timelines are estimates unless explicitly stated as fixed in writing.
- Delays caused by missing content, approvals, access, or third-party issues may extend timelines.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, platform outages, or third-party plugins/tools.
Intellectual Property

SEO & Performance Notes
- We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, or revenue.
- SEO results depend on many factors outside our control (competition, website history, content quality, algorithm changes, and more).
- Website speed and performance depend on hosting quality, third-party scripts, theme/plugins, and content size.
- We provide ethical, guideline-aligned recommendations and implementation within the agreed Scope.
Warranties & Disclaimers
The website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability

Effect of termination
Upon termination, any outstanding invoices become due for work completed. Delivery of partially completed work is at our discretion and may require payment of outstanding amounts.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power/internet outages, third-party platform failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.
